I started going here when we had our first dog many years ago. They have always had great customer service and their products are great. I now live in Richmond, but I make sure to stop by and get some treats for my pup whenever I'm in town!

This is the last pet store you'll ever need. Helpful staff, big range of quality products (seriously, just because it's a pet product doesn't mean it's good for your pet and they wholeheartedly stock accordingly), two friendly cats on site. Can't beat this place.
High quality selection for all pets needs and budgets. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful without crowding your shopping/browsing experience. They work closely with several local rescues, great trainers, and have store visits from brand ambassadors with many great samples to take home.
My cat is on an antibiotic and stopped eating his regular food so I came here for something to stimulate his appetite. The sales clerk was soooo helpful, and my cat actually ate some of the freeze dried chicken!!

Boutique pet store so it is on the pricier side. That being said, the staff is always helpful and friendly and they have most brands in stock.
The service at Felix & Oscar is awesome. Woody has helped me the few times I've been here, and he is so kind and knowledgeable! He took the time to help me find the right diet for each of my 3 dogs. I can't express how thankful I am for this as one of my dogs had been in the ER and needed a diet change. I'd been purchasing from Chewy/Amazon prior to going to Felix & Oscar, and now I drive half an hour to come here for the great products and wonderful service. Thankful for the staff!

F&O is a terrific, local pet store, w excellent brands of food as well as ancillaries for our pets. Matt, the owner, and Woody and Will know their products and are great guides in helping you find the best products for your pet's/pets' needs. They sell only high quality items. I have been shopping at F&O for several years. They feel like extended family and neighbors, they take care to get to know their customers!
Great place for dog food.
Really effing knowledgable about cat food. Like frighteningly so. They knew what kind I fed my cat just based on a description when I had forgotten the brand name. They offer good tips for pet owners too. Yell they'll special order for me and I can and have had it delivered. They've been around for as long as I lived in Springfield. Tons of brands that arent iams or science diet. Wet and dry. Good set of treats too.

Absolutely amazed at their customer service, professionalism, and knowledge of their products. The young gentleman with the long hair that assisted me and my hundred questions, I failed to catch his name, was beyond AMAZING! He must have walked us through every chicken free (dog has an allergy) dog food, and was ever so patient with us. Answered every question, and taught me so much!! They are beyond lucky to have him, as he is so well rounded with a glowing attitude!

Ask them any question about a product and you'll see they know their product line. You'll be able to get all the information you need to make an informed decision.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. ALWAYS! They adore my pup as if he were their own. They keep their store clean (pre and post-COVID) and currently everyone wears a mask. I love how they carry top-notch premium quality products and they even offer Xmas photoshoots during the holidays. They sell toys and baked goods as well. I love coming here to support small local businesses rather than commercialized pet stores.

One of my all time favorite pet stores. Their staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and always excited to see a picture of your pet. They carry a large variety of pet foods, chews, and toys in a clean and well organized shop.
Well-stocked local business with quality pet food, toys, and pet furniture. We especially appreciate that they carry Wade's cat trees (another small business) and allow you to place orders from Wade's catalog. Store employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and low-key. Highly recommend.

Great local pet supplies shop. They know their customers, greet you by name when you come in. Dogs love coming along for the free cookies. They have an excellent supply of high end dog food. They'll even carry your stuff to the car

I exclusively use Felix & Oscar for my pet needs. I drive over 45 minutes, passing dozens of other pet stores for the top-notch customer service that Felix & Oscar’s offers! The employees are genuine and are eager to assist. This is one of the few places that carries Holistic Select. There are a few cats that live in the shop so you might see a couple of them during your visit. My pup loves their dried duck feet and bully sticks!

Quality dog food and the staff are all A+! They know my dog by name and always give her treats when we take her in. All the food and toys are reasonably priced and the sure is kept very clean. We go in every weekend!
Loved this store, people that work there are beyond nice and were incredibly helpful in making our day a bit brighter since our dog was across the way at the vet and we were nervous about his appointment. Also had my poodle eating out of there hands and he doesn't take to strangers at all. Was so nice to be around people who my dogs were comfortable to be around. Thanks!

Such a helpful staff and they only carry the best products for your pets. Even have raw food for my kitty! Lotus and primal brands and some others but those are the primary ones my little guy likes. They are also very reasonably priced! Definitely shop here and support local small businesses

Conscience one-on-one customer service, call-backs. Help with carrying new products. In my instance, Carna4 dog food recommended to me by Dr. Karen Becker, renowned holistic DVM. The slow bake method & fact no synthetics is important to our pets' health and longevity. Matt reached out to me when product was stocked. Amazingly, less expensive in Felix & Oscar's than on-line Big Boxes, AMAZON, Chewy's, etc. Highly recommend.

Matt ordered and is now stocking Carna4 Fish for our two Belgian Malinois. Very customer oriented and he reaches out for inventory updates. Importantly, the cost for Carna4 here is less expensive than home ordering/delivery from the big box vendors. I highly recommend this store—they will order anything you need.

The store maybe small, but the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really care about the customers. Unlike the mega pet stores it size allows the staff to keep it clean and neat, allowing you to quickly find what you and your four legged family member needs.

What a fun place to shop for your pet's needs! The staff was happy, helpful, and willing to spend time to talk to you. I found a huge selection of dog/cat foods and accessories. Their prices are quite competitive with other stores also. I wish I had more time to explore. I highly recommend this place!

Gotta love a place with quality goods. Staff is very helpful. If you need a half loading up they are happy to assist. They have a couple reserved parking spots for just them and it's never slammed busy in there so just makes it easy to get in and out. I really appreciate the time they take to educate customers (if you want) without being pushy.
